Surgical masks and N95 respirators are currently critical supplies that should be reserved for healthcare workers and other first responders.<\/li>\n<li>Continue to keep about 6 feet between yourself and others. The mask is not a substitute for social distancing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row \">\n<div class=\"col-md-12\">\n<div class=\"card border-0 rounded-0 mb-3\">\n<div class=\"card-body \">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"card-icon pt-2 d-none d-md-block\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"col\">\n<h2 class=\"card-title h3 mb-2 text-left\">Stay 6 feet away from others.<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Inside your home:\u00a0<\/strong>Avoid close contact with people who are sick<strong>.<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>If possible, maintain 6 feet between the person who is sick and other household members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Outside your home:\u00a0<\/strong>Put 6 feet of distance between yourself and people who don\u2019t live in your household.\n<ul>\n<li>Remember that some people without symptoms may be able to spread the virus.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-ncov\/prevent-getting-sick\/social-distancing.html\">Stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arms\u2019 length) from other people<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping distance from others is especially important for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-ncov\/need-extra-precautions\/people-at-increased-risk.html\">people who are at higher risk of getting very sick<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><a id=\"Avoid-crowds\"><\/a>Avoid crowds<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"false\">\n<li>Being in crowds like restaurants, bars, fitness centers, or movie theaters puts you at higher risk for COVID-19.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Avoid poorly ventilated spaces.<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Avoid indoor spaces that do not offer fresh air from the outdoors as much as possible.
