It operates a hospital at Kanpur &amp; health programs in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, and NCR Delhi for children, adolescents, women, and families with a holistic approach. Mahavir Sikshan Sansthan works with the poorest of the poor, BPL, minorities, and Dalits. The organization started its activities in the year 2012, covering 100,000 population at the initial stage. Later, the activities extended throughout the District through the nutritional intervention of the children and health-related interventions for the Adolescents and mothers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"m20\">Mahavir Shikshan Sansthan is working with Jain hospital and NHM for treatment and Management of BPL and Periurban Slum Antenatal and other Patients, especially helping in the detection and treatment of Gestational Diabetes, Diabetes, and NCD Patients.<\/p>\n<div class=\"clearfix mar_top2\">:<\/div>\n<h2>Vision<\/h2>\n<p class=\"m20\">\u201cEstablishment of a society where the children, families, and communities will enjoy the opportunity for growth, health &amp; development, human rights, freedom, justice, education through active participation in the development process irrespective of caste, creed, color, sex, and religion.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>Mission<\/h2>\n<p class=\"m20\">\u201cTo create an environment for the deprived &amp; disadvantaged communities for sustainable development and empowerment through promoting Community-based Organizations with a focus on children, Children\u2019s clubs, Women SHGs, and people-centered natural resource management to ensure the health and food security and other developmental needs in the blocks in convergence with Government NHM and rural development services\/programs\u2019.Profile of the Area: Legally, the whole of India, but at present active in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and the NCR area. We are expanding our Work in the backward districts of Bundelkhand area of Uttar Pradesh from 2018 onward, and in Africa and Bangladesh from 2018<\/p>\n<div class=\"one_full\">\n<ul class=\"list1\">\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-circle-right\"><\/i> We create partnerships with civil societies, NGOs, and National and International Governments to assist people with NCDs, <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.diabetesasia.org\/magazine\/type-1-diabetes-mellitus-early-detection\/\">diabetes,<\/a><\/span><\/strong> and those at risk, acting as a catalyst to help others do more.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-circle-right\"><\/i> We link people and the best human resources to educate and empower globally, especially in developing countries<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-circle-right\"><\/i> We aim to empower local communities to achieve Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs).<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-circle-right\"><\/i> We aim to achieve the 17 Global Goals as set by the United Nations by 2030<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-circle-right\"><\/i> We encourage innovative strategies to prevent diabetes and non-communicable diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension, stroke, Obesity, Cancer, and lifestyle diseases.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-circle-right\"><\/i> We aim to achieve implementation and accessibility of Sexual and Reproductive health to Women and adolescent age groups.<\/li>\n<li><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-circle-right\"><\/i> We aim to link maternal health with Non-Communicable Diseases in later life.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jainhospitals.com\/about-us\/\">Jain hospital<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-48cba73 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"48cba73\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n<p><strong>The Jain hospital got affiliation under \u201cSaubhagywati Maitretwa Yojna,\u201d Funded by NRHM(National Rural Health Mission) on 13 May 2008.<\/strong><br \/>\nThe hospital is given Rs . 1850\/per delivery by the GOI- NRHM scheme.<br \/>\nWe are among the 5 hospitals selected in Kanpur Nagar under this scheme.<br \/>\n<strong>All type of medical Treatment &amp; surgery is conducted here with OPD in all major specialties. Poor patients are given special concessions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-9163 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.diabetesasia.org\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/images-20.jpg?resize=640%2C426&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"who we are, about organization\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ca4fdf8 elementor-icon-list--layout-traditional elementor-widget elementor-widget-icon-list\" data-id=\"ca4fdf8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"icon-list.default\">\n<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n<ul class=\"elementor-icon-list-items\">\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><i class=\"fas fa-first-aid\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">The Jain hospital has two internet connections, Broadband with 5-10 MB connectivity unlimited Pack and TATA photon plus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><i class=\"fas fa-first-aid\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">We have fully qualified doctors with a concerned specialty degree in their respective fields and qualified nursing staff.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><i class=\"fas fa-first-aid\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">We are already providing free OPD consultation to the BPL beneficiary &amp; free diagnostic tests for BPL.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><i class=\"fas fa-first-aid\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Substantial discounts (50%)on diagnostic tests and medical treatment for patients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><i class=\"fas fa-first-aid\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">We have the necessary staff for the maintenance of all the records of OPD and indoor patients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\"><i class=\"fas fa-first-aid\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">We have registered with the chief medical officer(CMO), Reg No.00001672\/ PNDT Act\/PCPNDT, and the income tax department.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Our hospitals were running the SAMBHAV voucher scheme for the Slums, periurban, and urban populations in this area, sponsored by HLPPT, funded by USAID.
