Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and a little butter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Lunch<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Brown rice, diabetes rice, quinoa, broken millet<\/li>\n<li>Kootu with water based vegetables.<\/li>\n<li>Porials with vegetables like carrot, beans, cabbage etc.<\/li>\n<li>Greens blended with dhal or plain<\/li>\n<li>Sambhar with non tuber vegetables<\/li>\n<li>Two medium-sized chapatis with either rajma, chole, or vegetable curry. Use carrot, cauliflower, capsicum, brinjal, okra, etc.for veg curry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Evening Snacks<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Green tea without sugar or artificial sweeteners.
