Friday diet plan

FRIDAY

Early morning ( 6:30am- 7:00 am )

  • 1 glass of warm water with lemon

Breakfast (8:30 am-9:00 am)

  • 1 bowl germinated whole grain with light salt

or

  • 1 bowl sliced mixed seasonal fruit

Pre lunch (11:00 am- 11:30 am )

  • 1 cup tea without sugar

or

Lunch (12:30 pm – 1:00 pm)

  • 1: 2 roti of whole grain with ghee,  half plate brown rice, 1 bowl cheese paneer less oily or mixed vegetable, one plate mixed salad with green vegetable
  • 1:2 roti of whole grain with ghee, 1 plate chicken, one plate germinated green beans

Evening Snacks (4:30 pm- 5:00 pm )

  • 1 bowl  mixed boiled vegetable soup

or

  • 1 plate of homemade snacks

or

  • 1  vegetable sandwich (homemade )

Dinner (7: 30pm – 8:00 pm)

  • 1: 2 roti of multi-grain,  1 bowl green veggie, one plate mixed salad

During bedtime ( 9: 30 pm)

  • One glass of warm milk  with 2 almonds
